We’ve partnered with UK Flooring Direct for all of our flooring as they offer a wide range of flooring types, shades and designs. In addition, you can order samples direct from their website (3 at a time).
Your flooring specification will depend on your building choice, however, for an additional cost, we also offer the option to upgrade your flooring.
LRC Range
As standard, you can choose from 4 colour options in 7mm laminate flooring in our LRC Range.

CDR Range
The CDR Range has double the amount of colour options to choose from and comes in a slightly thicker 8mm laminate flooring.

HQC Range
Our Premium range of garden rooms, the HQC Range, come with 14mm, 3-ply, engineered wooden flooring. Choose from a total of 12 colour options.

If you would like something different from the above options and can find it on UK Flooring Direct’s website, or if you have a preferred design you like, we will be happy to offer you an upgrade price
Gym flooring, tiled flooring and carpet are classed as an upgrade option and would be priced per project.
